| once again, this is amys wonderful roommate lassie and i will be updating all of you on amys wonderful life!!
so last weekend, lassie, amy and a friend decided to go to BoBos chicken. first of all bobos is located in the ghetto close to where amy went to school last year. so we call a friend of amy's that still goes to OCU. well to make a complicated story short, we were planning on meeting this friend at his dormroom because he wasnt home yet, and he told us his room number and that he left the door unlocked, and to just let our selfs in and he would meet us there. As a side note, OCU has lots of dance majors, particularly guys, just a lil fyi for those who might not be aware, guy-dancers...yea you get the picture. So anyways, we get to the dorms, find the room, but the light is on, and he doesnt have a roommate so we find this particularly odd but decide to proceed anyway, but we didnt knock... and that was our first mistake... opened the door and see two people making out on a bed, a guy lifts up his head as we scramble for something to say, we ask if this is our friends room, then another guy sits up from the bed, and no we were not in the right room!! so after walking in on two gay guys making out, which was quite possibly the most awkward thing ever, we decided to just go ahead and go to bobos and get some chicken. yea, we were told the wrong room number so dont think we were just being dumb... lassie and amy are very intelligent!!
so despite the awkward situation, bobos turned out to be very popular and well liked, aint nothing like some fried chicken with bobos secret sauce from the ghetto!! yea you come visit amy and lassie and you might just be honored enough to be taken there for some fantastic food!
well that is the most entertaining thing that has happened since being back at school since thanksgiving break, i will say that we have the best decorated room! a christmas tree decked out with lights and ornaments (even special OU ornaments, yay GO OU!!), some lights across our bookshelves, and stockings hanging from our closet doors... again, if you come visit, you will be delighted by our christmas spirit!
christmas is soon approaching and both amy and lassie are ecstatic about returning home next wednesday after finals, but of course, we both wish we could skip the part about the finals! merry christmas to all and to all a good night!! (now leave some comments because i know amy would appreciate them and i would especially after typing in her xanga for her!!) | | |
| HI EVERYONE THIS IS AMY'S WONDERFUL ROOMMATE LAS!!
i have decided to update since its been about 4 months... well i love my wonderful fatanstic roommate!!! yep lassie is the coolest roommate ever. well one of the best things that has happened since i last updated was we got a puppy!!! his name is whiskey, but unfortunately we had to give him away because he couldnt stay in the dorm or at my brothers apartment. he was soooo soft and adorable, ive never seen a cuter puppy. i really want a puppy.... also yesterday my uncle and my cousin flew in to oklahoma to go to the football game with my dad and me. we had amazing seats and OU won!! too bad i couldnt sit in the student section with lassie... but it was still lots of fun! im going home for thanksgiving on the 21st and im really excited to see all of my family and my friends back home. me and lassie have decided that being poor really sucks so we are selling our football tickets to the OSU game so we can make $30 bucks each... and stay home for thanksgiving a few extra days...

| well summer is pretty much over now. pike was amazing & i got
to know so many people. i had a blast & didnt want to come
home at all. i cant wait till next year.
i got to school tues night, moved in a little bit of stuff, then
finished getting moved in on wed. i definitely brought too much
stuff & had my parents take some stuff home w/them. we went
& bought my books & for my experiencing music class i have not
only a book, but also a recorder! so by the end of the semester i
will be a pro & if youre lucky i might even play some songs for you.
lassie & i made a walmart run the other night to buy some hot boy
posters to spice up our blank walls. so now i have 4 pictures of
ryan cabrera on my wall. oh how i love him! we've also got
some david beckham, chad michael murray, & some random cute guy
lassie went home yesterday & i thought i was gonna be super bored,
but i ended up hanging out w/some girls from my hall & watching
hitch. i love that movie, its so cute! well my year here
has already started out better than last year. i have an awesome
roommate & the girls ive met so far are all really nice & fun.
i need to go find my classes sometime bc i really have no clue where
any of them are. i hope i dont get lost, that would not be
cool. i find out mon if i got football tickets. i sure hope so,
how boring would that be if i didnt

| so this past week hasnt been as boring as the one before. i went to
stephenville & that was tons of fun, we played vball, i rode blue,
saw my cows, fed a zebra & giraffe & other stuff, had a little
to drink, broke my phone a few times, luckily bjs friend put it back
together for me.
matt came home last friday so i spent some time w/him &
tommy. we went bowling & saw robots at the dollar
movie. nothing like some good ol sibling bondage! 
i leave for pike tomorrow morning. im ready but im not. i
think counselor week is going to be much different. there are a
lot of new counselors & i hope everyone gets along.
this guy from school sent me a message on facebook & that made me
happy. i thought he was just one of those people who would be on
my list of friends but that i would never talk to. i wish i got to know
him better at school. i wonder if anyone from school reads this...
everyone should send me stuff at pike. last year was the only
year ive gotten something & it wasnt even from my mom, it was from
kevin's. so be nice & think of me!

| coppell's still a bit lonely, everyone is still gone, im not exagerating, i dont even know how to spell that.
works good, the time flies by when im there, i work w/lots of nice/funny people, unfortunately theyre all girls, i get 2 weeks off for pike & they dont have any problem w/that so that was cool.
ive been slacking a lot on my running & definitely eating too much. for a while i was doing really good. i feel guilty everytime i eat, like it just i should go run another 3 miles. if all my clothes are too loose now then why do i still feel so big
my dad & tommy are gone so im spending lots of time w/my mom. we went to lunch & rented shall we dance yesterday. today we saw the perfect man, it was cute. i wish i had hair like hilary duff
i might go to stephenville this week. that would be fun, i would get to ride a horse & see the cow thats named after me...
im ready for pike
im excited yet scared about school. it better be different than last yr. i want to meet new people but scared i wont be noticed since theres a billion people there. | | |
